Impossible to buy glasses. The stuff is very inefficient and slow.I tried to get glasses there twice and twice had to walk away after waiting forever while they only had 2-3 customers.I’m not trying for the third time.

My glasses (purchased elsewhere) had broken on a Friday evening, leaving me to try and get by with a pair of computer glasses for the weekend. I first tried to get help at a vision center near my home and very quickly realized that they had no interest in my problem. I then went to the Costco Optical Department in Huntsville, AL. The WONDERFUL ladies there took time to help me locate a pair of frames that would work with my lenses. I am very grateful for their kindness and expertise!
