I will start by saying, I’m 8 months pregnant. That is very easy to recognize. I also have purple hair and I was wearing a blue shirt.I went today to have my hair cut as a NEED, not a want. My hair mats on itself because it’s so thick. So I go and sign my name to have my hair cut. They tell us it will be a wait and tell me to sign my name. We walked around the Walmart for over an hour, closer to two. At this point, we go to check out with the various items that we got.I walk over to the counter only to find out that someone with the same name as me, a teenager in a black shirt, had taken my spot to have my hair cut. My hair is very thick, and I didn’t want to make anyone stay over an hour to cut my hair, though I should have.So I left with no haircut because someone didn’t bother to call the phone number I had written down. Very lazy.

I want to thank the manger Crystal for listening to me when I was trying to explain how I was wanting my hair to look and style. I wanted a color but wasn’t sure how to describe it. And the cut I wanted was a mixture of 3 different styles I showed her on my phone. She not only listened to me but she also asked me many questions to make sure we was on the same page. And explained to me the cut I showed her in all 3 photos was the same just styled differently and she took the time to show me how I could style it to make it look like all 3 photos. She was very professional and up front with me on what would look best as far as style and color and I must say with all this virus stuff going around she was extremely cautious with how she done everything. Bleaching and sanitizing everything. Really made me feel safe to be in the salon. Very clean and welcoming. Best color, cut, style and salon service I’ve had in all 40 years of my life. Highly recommend Crystal Arnold the Manager there. My first experience here and I will be a regular of hers.
