Another salon location waste of my time. Though the female cashier was very pleasant and very courteous and I understand that you have to follow the rules but I still can’t understand how a lot of these salon supply store cancel a simple items such as an item as a spray bottle. Another location where I wasted my time driving down here and only to find out from the sign on their door that they can only sell to “Professional” only.

Very poor customer service! The first time I put an order in place in the store, she forgot to process it. The second time I put an order in, she did not call me when my order came in. I had to follow up multiple times before I was able to get my order. The third time, I tried to make a return, she told me there was not enough cash only after she kept waiting to process the return. I had to go to another location for the return. When I recently tried to do an even exchange, she wanted to charge me extra because the item was on sale the next day. I have never heard of this policy. I was able to do the even exchange at another location. She just wastes the customers’ time!!!!

The staff there were not ready to help and didn’t talk nicely. The customer service is very poor and the staff is not helpful. Out of the two people working one of them was with the worst customer service. Do not recommend going here. I had to go to Sally Beauty to get the things I needed. Very bad place.
