______Written on 11.03. 2020.I gave my Sanitaire vacuum cleaner to this authorized point.The workshop held the vacuum for 2 months, doing nothing.Finally I took the vacuum cleaner and gave it to another Sanitaire authorized service in Riverside where it was repaired in less than two weeks.I do not recommend this specialist.______My answer to your answer____Written on 11.05.2020___Yes, you are right that we have a pandemic and it’s not hard to forget. I know some things take longer now, but you have to admit, two months is more than a little.Four weeks after the vacuum cleaner was delivered to your store, I called you to see if the vacuum cleaner was repaired. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, so I contacted Sanitaire Customer Service where I have been told that even if there are any delays caused by the covid 19 pandemic four weeks is definitely too long.An agent from Sanitaire Customer Service advised me to wait a few more days, and if my vacuum cleaner is not repaired within 2 weeks, I should pick it up and bring it tothe second service indicated by Sanitaire. I wait even longer, over three weeks and of course it turned out that the vacuum cleaner is still not ready.So I called Sanitaire Customer Service again and asked for the address of another authorized service. I picked up the vacuum cleaner from you andtwo days later I dropped it off at the Sanitaire service in Riverside. The people there did not even mention any inconvenience with Covid-19.They fixed the vacuum cleaner in two weeks.I gave the vacuum cleaner to you on June 18 and picked it up on August 13. On August 15, I took the second service and picked up it repaired on August 29.I couldn’t wait any longer because on September 28 my vacuum’s warranty would expire. I asked you for a written receipt for such a long detention period in case of trouble.Of course, I didn’t receive any receipt because when I asked for it, I heard from youI don’t have a paper.I think that the review issued now or in two months does not change the fact that I was not served properly.And why am I issuing a review now?After all, it is known that there is a pandemic everywhere and everything is going slower.I hope the next opinions will be more optimistic for you and your customers.
