A few months back we went to Cooley for an oil change on our golf and decided to take a test drive on a new Tiguan. Jay did a great job of listening to our needs and got us off with no hassles. We told him we weren’t quite ready to purchase but promised we would be back when we were ready. There was no hard selling at all from Jay with only a nice follow up email a couple of months after we came in. We did good with our promise and came in a few months later to purchase the new car and Jay was fantastic just like before. I knew of nightmare car salesmanship and watched hours of youtube videos to prep but this wasn’t necessary as Jay was exemplary. I can’t recommend the Cooley team and Jay more highly.
