My experience with this shop was fantastic. They installed my new fog light mounting kit and switch and it came out flawless. All of the mechanics friendly and professional and their prices are affordable. My Acura RDX base just got an upgrade

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. This place continually put my boyfriend and the young children that would be in his car in danger numerous times through the shady things they had going on at this place. Had been going here for about a year and seemed like there was a different issue every month…If it wasn’t the battery, it was the transmission, then the oil, etc. etc. First MAJOR issue was that they installed an old battery and neglected to inform anyone of this. AND sold it to him as if it was a brand new battery. Was in the middle of driving and the car just plain stopped in the middle of the street. Took it straight to Christian’s and of course, they were busy and couldn’t get it done right away. Took it to AutoZone who ran a test of the battery in which the results displayed that it was a terribly old battery. Second issue was even worse, faulty oil changes over time. Couldn’t get an oil change here one day because they were busy. So took it to Valvoline in which they actually ended up REFUSING service because the numerous mechanics had noticed an issue with the valve underneath in which it became evident that Continental was wrapping silicone spray around the oil bolt in order to screw it back on instead of doing it the legal and safe way by replacing it with a new bolt, which was NOT to the knowledge of the car owner. They’re supposed to ask first if the owner is comfortable with using this because it’s technically not the proper way to do it. Other mechanics had indicated that this was very bad practice and just a quick easy cheap alternative and because of what they did, they didn’t even feel comfortable proceeding to give an oil change because THEY didn’t want to be found liable just for being involved. That’s how negligent Continental was in whatever they were doing. When confronting the owner/mechanics about all of the issues, had the nerve to argue, catch an attitude, and never offer to repay for the damages they caused. Finally threatened them into giving three free oil changes and after giving ONE free oil change, they said they no longer want to continue business with him. Cheap labor gives you cheap results. Mind you, my boyfriend and this shop had great rapport– friends according to Christian. I could only imagine what he was doing to other people’s cars that he didn’t consider friends. Doesn’t help that there were clear displays of racial prejudice on top of it. If you’re Black, respect yourself and don’t give them your money.UPDATE: This is now a few months later from my initial review. Have been going to a new mechanic that is extremely reputable, reliable, and fair price down the street on the corner of washington street and south street (across from the braiding place). Unfortunately, he now has to pay a huge sum of money (at least $600) to fix the oil pan that got damaged because of christian’s work when doing routine oil changes. Oil pans are VERY pricy. If you go there, be prepared to end up having to fix something that you didnt come in to get fixed.

The guys here are very accommodating, they are also respectful and honest. So far no problems and I would definitely recommend them.
