I can’t say enough of how Moses was kind,understanding & knowledgeable of the products that Conn’s sells he was patient cuz we are older & things need repeating sometimes & that means a lot to us oldies! Of course we were being offered help when we walked in but because we had started with ourquestions over the phone I felt it was only fair to ask for Moses so that he could get credit for the sale!We are repeat customers & have always had great customer service! Got in and got out within an hour and half. Mostly because we were being indecisive, but then again buying a living room set is a big deal for the rest of the years to come. I really enjoyed receiving my merchandise 2 days after my purchase! Ashley’s took about 1 month for kitchen table and stools, and 2 months for bedroom set. *Conn’s variety could be better though I admit.
