Huge store but there is a huge problem with customer service at this location. The staff seem more interested in their phones rather than paying customers. I ordered a washer and dryer and the delivery team called me to drop of the products 4 hours earlier than the time frame that was assigned. After speaking with the driver and informing him that I was still at work he agreed to come back in 3 hours. The lack of communication with the store and delivery team is unacceptable. He wanted me to reschedule my delivery even though it was the stores error. I will never shop at this store again.

My granddaughter ordered online. In February this is April. They keep giving her the run around on getting her furniture delivered. She received a delivery confirmation for today last night. Then she gets an email saying it will not be delivered because of lack of inventory. No wonder the name is Conns. They are constantly conning their customers. This is theft at its finest.

Great experience and looking forward to delivery. Received our Beautiful Recliner, LOVE IT , LOVE IT. JD Powell , our Sales Representative , did a great Job taking care of us. He listened to what we wanted and he should us what we were looking for. Not to mention , JD was knowledgeable on the Extended Warranty , which is important on Technical and Quality Furniture. Honestly , we will be returning Customers and Looking for JD Powell to help us in any other appliances and furniture we need. Thanks to JD Powell we now are considered Your New Clients.We will be ordering another Recliner like we just purchased , within the next few months, and had my eye on a new stove also further down the road. Even spotted a Carpet Cleaner there at an Exceptional price.
