Our salesman Jeremiah went above and beyond for us, stayed much later than he was scheduled for just so he helped us from start to finish. He explained every items workings that we looked at. We bought a few items that we brought home with us and the loading crew made sure everything was well secured and wrapped so that it all made it here safely. The manager of this store was running a very well oiled machine and she should be quite proud! Thanks for everything to those who helped us! We love our new furniture!

I bought a bed for $2,100 during a Labor Day sale which during the sale you got a free 55 inch Smart TV got billed for almost 7,000 I went in and bought the bed August 26th but they changed the contract dates to September 9th, I guess the sale was over the eighth because on the 9th they were able to charge me $799 for the TV I mean somebody actually went in and changed the contract dates that don’t happen on accident now you’re thinking Wow how do you get $7000 $2100 $2,100 bed I’ll tell you how charge me $799 for a free TV and charge me to put my TV on my wall witch I did it myself charging me for installation of a mattress I mean that’s funny and charging me for every Insurance known to mankind I went there on August 26th but the contract dates were changed to September 9th that’s how they were able to try to charge me $799 for the Free TV so I couldn’t believe it I’ve been in real estate for 23 years but they charged me a lump sum for unemployment insurance and a whole bunch more insurance is and some of the stuff they charge before I ain’t you never heard of before and so when my wife called the store after she found all that out the store manager blamed it on coporate and he was willing like no big deal to just well I can just take it off just think about all the people that don’t catch all that and they just make their payment you see what I’m saying if women will send all their money to India on those scams then stores like Conn’s we’ll get away with it too there’s a happy ending to this story they gave me my mattress for free so I guess it was worth the aggravation

I went to Conn’s and got a big screen TV and speaker. Enjoying it but has not been a month and I am already having problems with preferred lease. I already paid for May and yesterday they charged my card for another payment. Took all the money I had left!!!! Not happy at all and am thinking about taking it all back!!!!
