After speaking with several people from Conn’s, I am finally happy with my furniture. The customer service part, especially Latrina in the store was great! Her & her manager were very empathetic & handled what they could. Thank you all for your help! But that delivery service that was used the first time was not good but the second guys that delivered were great. Thanks

Well Im editing this review, I waited for my delivery on Sunday and to no avail the delivery was a no show. It is my contention that you delivery the next business day in the event the delivery was not completed on the promised day. THIS IS A CONN….This store is managed by a person that engages in deceit, she should NOT be in her position. I was told one day on a delivery and the salesperson was not only deceptive in the tactics he used to drive up sales, he does not listen to his customers. (definite retraining is needed). I returned the items due to non delivery on the correct day, Oscar appointed Christian to assist me with my new purchase which did not include a unwanted air fryer as the previous salesperson but included a air fryer built in the oven. Why is Oscar not the manager is my question? I was ready to give this location 1 STAR however Oscar fixed that problem, by apologizing and correcting the mistakes made by the previous salesperson under the guidance of the current store manager. Its day three and they promised delivery today, I will see it when I believe it NFM on standby…..please see what was delivered below….

The employees were very polite and helpful. Answered all of our questions and especially the employee Augus was the one who helped us. He was great! Friendly and attentive. Patient as well! Love the experience and especially the merchandise. Good quality stuff.
