I was recommended this place by a business colleague for getting some paperwork notarized, and I enjoy supporting local businesses so I decided to meet with Kim, the Notary. Initially, upon entering, I noticed that they sell items from local vendors, which I was interested in purchasing. After speaking with Kim, who was very unfriendly, and realizing that I had forgot the necessary paperwork, she began to be rude and had an attitude with me. Instead, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After realizing that she was also apart of the Chamber, I figured I would forewarn anyone interested in getting something notarized and suggest that they find another notary because this one needs to work on her people skills.

I used a third-party service to do a virtual mailbox with this location and followed the steps provided to me of getting a USPS form notarized such that this location could accept mail. Kim Galan unilaterally rejected this form even though the third party service accepted it as valid. She alluded to the fact that I was somehow a scam and would cost her the license to do business. There were no questions asked, no attempts to help or resolve the situation. Nothing. Just rejected. I cannot believe someone who is in the business of customer service can be so inept at it, but here we are.
