Called Confidence First Medical Supply In Inglewood, Ca on Friday 7/24/2020 spoke to lady regarding a Cast/Bandage Protector. She stated she’s never heard of that and use any kind of plastic bag. I hung up and called Orchid Mobile Medical Supplies & Equip the lady was so pleasant stated it is called a shower protector and she had one and delivered it right away. Thank you to the Lashawn at Orchid Mobile Medical Supplies & Equip.

I have called several times the person that answers the phone is very unprofessional and non helpful when she’s asked a question. She said quote I don’t know what to tell you for her answer. The owner is very non-responsive until he’s put on notice then he decides he wants to call back I would not recommend or use this place at all ever. Customer service obviously is not something that is important to either of them or the business.
