This dealership service was horrible. They tried to skin me as alive.. I came here to change tpms with online appointment but they said that I have to make appointment through phone. (Why then they have online appointment system on their website?) I came to the dealership again a few days later and they said they don’t have tire machine so they can’t change tpms . Why did they ask me to come even though they can’t fix it? They said they can send the wheel to a tire shop and take it back. He asked me I wanted and it costed 179 for 1 sensor plus labor. I said no, and they charged me 179 for inspection which is normally free in any tire shop. I eventually had to pay 90 bucks for the inspection. I did the tpms change in a local tire shop and they charged me 70 bucks.
