I normally don’t write a lots of reviews but when I do it’s either outstanding in the right direction or outstanding in the wrong direction .When it comes to shopping for a car you have to be aware of every single fees and be very good at negotiation, when I visited Concord Auto 1 on 3/14/20 I was not ready to buy a car I only went there to look at a Honda Accord they had in the lot, I was greeted by Nik and he made me feel so comfortable and made the price so fair that I felt if I don’t buy this car I’m making the wrong decision.Nik is very fair,straight forward,right to the point and easy to deal with at Concord Auto 1.He made me change my perspective of car shopping.I ended up buying the Honda Accord and taking it home pain free.By dealing with Nik I feel like I gained a new friend with his personality,positive energy and great attitude .Thank you Concord Auto 1 and team specially Nik, I highly recommend Concord Auto 1 to all friends and family

Yesterday , I when to this dealership and got the best service I never got before in other places . They are super nice and willing to help you in any form they can . While doing our car transaction process , we joked and laughed so much. These guys are like family and they go beyond in helping . I am very happy with my purchase. My husband will go back to refinance his truck there and also my son will go and get his new car there as well. I truly recommend them.
