I had issues with my Dell lap-top. Took it to them. They explained to me exactly what had wrong with my machine after going thru with all the diagnostic work overnight. Fixed everything that was wrong for a very reasonable price, and now my lap-top is functioning like it was, and as when there was nothing wrong with it. What I liked about them is they did everything with proper and adequate disclosure. I think their prices are very fair.

I really appreciated Computer Room’s dedication to providing the best service. I had a pretty unique situation (the parts were not available in the US), but Ben and his team made everything as smooth as possible for me. I didn’t have to give them my laptop until the parts came, so I could use it for school, and then once the parts did arrive, the team worked very fast to put everything together for me. Their quality control is also great, because they realized that one feature of the new parts was defective, so they ordered new parts again. Throughout the entire process, Ben and his team worked with me to ensure that everything was done as efficiently as possible. Would definitely recommend!
