Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value They diagnosed my PC and it ended up being the motherboard going bad. I brought them a new motherboard and they replaced it (transferring over CPU with new thermal paste) for free. They know computers are are a local business. Highly recommended!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Had some issues with a new CPU install. Called the shop an hour before they were closing. Keith identified the issue immediately and then fixed it while I waited. Pricing was reasonable as well. Sorry to see hear they will be closing soon. Port needs a good computer repair shop!
