It is not very often these days that you can go into a place of business and receive good customer service. In the Business world, it just seems like workers just don’t care any more. It’s nothing like the world we use to live in. However, I must say, today, my viewpoints changed a bit. I went to the Computer Connections, Sales/Service and Virus Removal Store in Cheektowaga, NY for help with an old computer. The Owner, Mr. Anthony Fracasso greeted me with a smile and took the time to learn about my computer issues. He could have easily brushed me away and told me to come back another time. I’m not embarrassed to say, computers can be very confusing to operate and he could tell that I was no novice in the field. With that in mind, Mr. Fracasso addressed my computer problems without a second thought and offered a few suggestions on maintaining my files and programs. What a wonderful display of Customer Service!!! I will most definitely recommend Computer Connections as the way to go for any and all computer needs. My daughter, Ebony Hampton and I, Charlene Collins, who wrote this Review, use the same computer, which is why her name appears at the top. 6/02/2021

Tony was friendly, professional and amazing with the turn around time of repairing/reinstalling windows 10 my laptop. He even went on and beyond fixing some unknown cosmetic repairs internally. Send photos the whole way through updating me on what he was doing. Pricing is really amazing as well, I know where to go next time I have any PC or laptop issues. Very highly recommend this shop!!

Tony is absolutely amazing! I had a broken laptop cover and hinge that he was able to fix promptly with great care. Can’t even tell it was ever broken! Worked extra hours just so he could finish this and kept me updated the whole time. Great customer service – if you have any computer issues, Tony is the guy to go to! Not to mention the price is very reasonable as well!
