Place is the worst eye care place to deal with. Can’t get through trying to call them. Had appointment picked out glasses. Get a call an hour later saying oh you can’t get the glasses you picked out they showed me the wrong glasses that my insurance covers. Go back pick out a different pair. It is now 3 weeks after picking out glasses and still haven’t arrived yet. My dad had a similar experience his glasses took over a month. Then had the wrong glasses. Had to wait a few more weeks for the supposedly right ones to come in and when he tried them on he said he could even read with them on.

Worst employment experience of my life. I was the only one in the optical department. I would see 30-40+ people a day and had too much to do and no time to do it. They would video tape me. The owners daughter would spy on me. They wouldn’t let me have lunch breaks. I would also stay late to catch up then they would adjust my work times. Patients were always furious because of how the medical staff would treat them. The owners treat their patients like dollar signs and do not put patient care first. It’s no wonder there is such a low turn out. I’ve even heard three people in optical left at the same time. I’m leaving out that in other stores, they had non licensed staff touching patients which is illegal. Shame on the Wuebolt family.
