The office people are completely un organized and unprofessional.

Comfort Keepers makes a lot of promises they cannot keep. For two nights in a row they called after the designated time a caregiver was to arrive to tell us no one would be coming to take care of my 93 old father over night. This is unacceptable. Although their caregivers are well trained, what is the use of paying them exorbitant prices for care that cannot be depended on?Avoid this company until they can make good on their promise.

please take your money else where. The office people are completely un organized and unprofessional. The owners daughter Rachel… is rude And treats you like she is better than you. The staff changed care givers constantly for my father even after I requested not to have them changed.he had dementia and needed to see the same faces every day…. in the 4 months we had comfortkeepers we had 3 cairgivers. (All 3 were amazing however now no longer work for the company because they treat the employees like crap). They also said they would send people over to introduce the new cairgivers to us and never did. New people just showed up. They also only gave a 30 min window for a chair giver being late (even when they have had 2 weeks notice, the fair giver told me she would be late one day). There are much better companies to have take care of your elderly family members, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. EVER. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star rating is because the cairgivers we had…. unfortunately the office service takes away from the amazing cairgivers that they can’t keep or screw over so bad they just leave.
