Found out today that if you buy a damaged product here that you are not allowed to return it per store policy. Not sure if that is truly store policy or if the manager at the time made it up. Bought a jacket here on Monday and found the inner jacket’s elastic was broken upon closer inspections at home. Made the trek back out to Livermore the following Tuesday (8 days later) to exchange it but it was already sold out. I asked for a refund instead and told them it was because it came damaged. To my dismay they refused the refund because the jacket was damaged!!! Do not buy anything from here unless you examine closely. Poor quality products made and returns not allowed. Waste of my time.

I received a jacket as a gift from a relative this Christmas. I went to the store in Livermore this morning to exchange it for a bigger size. The tag was still on the jacket and it was $90 dollars. I didn’t have a receipt because it was a gift. I received a $26.22 credit return for the jacket because i didn’t have a receipt. I never give bad reviews, but this is a rip off.
