I would like to go shopping here, but the manager cannot tell me whether he is staffed to open a dressing room for customers. If there are a lot of customers and I only have three staff, I can’t keep the dressing room clean. But you want me to drive over there and find out whether it’s my lucky day or not?It doesn’t make sense to me that it’s vital to clean a dressing room between customers, but you would let people take home clothes to try them on and then return them if they don’t fit. Or maybe they have suspended the returns policy. The whole thing just sounds like one year into covid, nobody has thought through how to sell clothes yet.
