I normally don’t correct other reviews, but Nike hasn’t owed Cole Hann since 2014. It was sold to a private equity group. Yes, the styles have changed, but how many people wear penny loafers & wingtips? I find the new styles exciting & fashion forward. A beautiful store with a kind and helpful staff. Worth visiting when in Carmel.

Disappointed by my recent experience here. I needed to make a return and the sales associate didn’t even deign to help because I was a couple days outside of the 30 day return policy. That’s fine, I understand that the company has policies, but it was the attitude of the associate that took me by surprise. At this price point, Cole Haan sales associates should be trained to be more adept at customer service than they appear to be. I’m disappointed that she couldn’t even bother to try to find a way to help a customer out.
