Poorly managed store with terrible customer service. Tried to return a pair of shoes bought online that were defective and they wouldn’t do it. This after rep on the phone said it would be no problem and it says right on the Cole Haan website that shoes bought online can be brought to store for return. Manager was clueless and dismissive. Called Cole Haan customer service who, again, was happy to help and sent me label to return the shoes. Very much appreciated the good customer service from their people on the phone, but this store in White Plains was bad
