One of the last few real bookstores in the Shoals. Most everything is retail price, but there are some markdowns. They also have stationery, journals, and a coffee shop. It’s a lovely place to come in and read or study if you have some free time and need a peaceful stop.

If this store ever opens back up, do not sell your items there. I sold my items there LAST year October and I still have not been paid for my sales. They have acknowledged what they owe me, and as of June 2020 I still have not received payment. They just sold my items and pocketed it in their pockets. The excuse I keep getting is their backed up, new on the job, not authorized to write the check yet… beware because this store will rip you off. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This is a great local coffee shop and bookstore. If you go on a day when they have Southern Pecan brewed grab you some. I would have rated it a 5 but the children’s section has gone down hill. It is still a great place to stop and do some reading and take in the local crafts upstairs.
