The ice cream is delicious. I happened to get the first scoop of freshly churned ice cream. The ladies working were not very friendly. They dropped 2 of the 4 orders we had on the floor. One the lid cracked and they simply replaced the lid. Once we reached home I noticed broken plastic in the one container. The mix is was barely mixed.So the staff needs work. The product however was tasty aside from the plastic. Despite being in the low 40s outside the line was out the door.

One of my favorite ice cream spots in Stockton. The salted caramel with Kit Kat is my favorite go to ice cream here at Cold Stone. Customer service is always friendly and welcoming.

I love this place. Who doesnt like custom ice cream? The young people serving are always nice. My only issue is consistency in serving size. I go in with my two kids and usualy one bowl is almost overflowing and the other is just at the rim. Sibling rivalry kicks in and momma goes crazy. Lol
