Excellent service and yummy ice cream creations. COVID precautions in ace include restricting the number of customers in the shop, requiring masks, distance barriers between clerks and customer, and not handling your payment cards.

Unable to reach someone via phone. Unable to sign-in and checkout as logged in guess to purchase cake. Charged 4x for a cake with no email verification. Almost feels like a scam.Edit: 1 star -> 5 starsOkay, so I actually got a call back from a cold stone employee (went to my voicemail) but I was able to call back and place a cake order via phone. So website doesn’t work. It’s still an awful experience from ordering a cake online, but that’s not necessarily this cold stones fault.Overall annoying getting the cake, but hot damn that ice cream cake (so inexpensive!) was worth.
