Update 04.15.21 – Spoke to the owner and I highly appreciate the acknowledgement. Learning opportunity for the team and love they value their costumers. Our family and I really enjoy Cold Stone Ice Cream.On May 14, 2021 around 9:45pm there were about 4 workers that were on shift that did not attend us at all until moments laters, even though there was no one in line. One was even on their cellphone. The light-skinned, brown hair male finally served us but did not do a good job. Please see the photos for further details. We ordered a Love It but he served us less than a Like it. This is prior to eating them (which we didn’t end up doing). One was soup and both were under-portioned and messy. There was another male than came out from the back that attended the group next to us. He did a great job and even helped them in Spanish to assist them better. Their ice cream looked delicious! He was the only one with great customer service.
