One of the best optical experience I’ve ever had. Every one is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.Doctor is truly amazing and exam was very thorough.I had some issues with my vision insurance but they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Also store has a huge selection of designer frames on great prices.Highly recommended this place

Very disappointed in this location. I want to start by saying that if this was a review for Dr. K, it would be 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐.My main issue is the most senior salesperson (long gray hair) in the front. We went yesterday to see their black Friday sales. I knew something was up because when the younger girl started telling us our benefits, I saw a subtle hand gesture behind the counter from the older one in a way of shushing her half way. After we found the right pair, they tried telling us that we couldn’t use our insurance because we were using the sale at the store. So we called the insurance who said the store’s sale had nothing to do with the insurance and it should go through. I then got some nonsense its our corporate policy. She said either we can get the 20% from insurance or the black Friday sale. When I told her about the insurance covering completely frames under $250 and the coating, she said how about we pay now and try to mail in reimbursement later. She continued to play games and give us the run around and even tried to just ring us up when she realized we were not so easily fooled. I then checked the same glasses online and found everything for half the amount they were offering.This is not the first time I noticed shady behavior. The previous time I got my eye exam there, they tried to tell me I couldn’t have the prescription and that I could only use it there. Fortunately, being an MD myself, I know this is illegal and asked to see the Dr again, who forced the sales people to give me my prescription.We will not be coming back, I hope Dr. K has other locations because we really liked her. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of one is because the other two people in the front were nice and really helped my wife find a good pair that suited her.

If you can go somewhere else, just do it and never put a foot in this optical store!!! This place is terrible!!! Especially, the manager of the store is very rude, unprofessional, and just want to get your money without giving you the service you deserve. Two months ago, I bought a new glasses (I wish I never put a step in this store!) and they had to redo my new glasses twice: by the first time, the frame (an expensive brand name frame) was scratched, and by the second time, they put me to wrong lenses!! I had to wait almost a month to get my glasses done. And every time I would go there, especially the manager’s attitude was so disrespectful and vulgar that made regretted it even more buying my glasses from there!!! I strongly recommend everyone NOT TO GO to this place ever!!
