Friendly staff. Howard Stern helped us look for refrigerators that met our unusual space & entry requirements. He knows his stock & brands, which was reassuring. We are especially interested in service after the sale if ever needed & are happy to find that Cohen’s does have in-house repair staff. And they price match–can’t beat that!
