Maybe because people lack choice in the area that customer service folks don’t feel the need to acknowledge when a customer is waiting: no nod of recognition, ask if one needs help, statement that someone will be right with me. Nothing, didn’t even look at me. Well, I can find other places to spend my money. Parts and service sucks.

Beautiful store, very modern. On actual bike service would give a solid B. Just picked up bike after tuneup and cleaned the chain, cassette but left out everything else below as the pictures show. Not bad but just average work. There is a lot of dirt in a drivetrain that was supposed to have been cleaned, serviced.
