I bought a new uniform at code three last week. Picked it up Friday, took it home and washed it so I could wear it Sunday. Put the pants on Sunday, they’re about 6 inches too short. Took them back yesterday. Today I spoke to the store owner who pretty much called me a liar and said she was not going to make this right. She said there was no code three label in the pants so they couldn’t have come from her store. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a code three label in any of my uniforms. I’m going to go pick up my unusable pants and but another pair somewhere else. Code three, this is the LAST time you screw me!!!! If I could leave less than one star, I would.

I would give this place no stars! Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I’ve gone in, staff seems bothered by my service. The lady who was working at the front desk was watching a movie and when we asked for help she rolled her eyes and looked up. Completely dissatisfied. Code 3 needs new staff. If you don’t like your job STAY HOME!
