Stopped in Coburns for an O ring for my kitchen faucet. Didn’t have the part number or anything but a picture of my faucet. One of their employees, Wes, looked at the picture and figured out I have an American Standard faucet and started looking on the computer for my part. He called American Standard and got no answer. He took my phone number and said he would contact me when he got an answer about the part. He did just that and ordered the part and it was shipped directly to me at home. Now it was a very inexpensive part, so it would have been easy for him to say we don’t have and sent me away. I think he went out of his way to help me and I am so very grateful. If all the employees there are like Wes, then it is truly a great place to shop. I will go to them with all my plumbing needs from now on.
