Great service…purchased Taos sandals on sale. I also have taken several pairs of shoes (purchased online) to be stretched a bit wider, which is a great service! Made them just perfect!

This is a great store on the Ithaca commons (don’t be confused by the website), a friendly place to shop for high quality shoes

So-so customer service. A very unfriendly atmosphere. They used to have the best quality leather selection in Ithaca but they’re limited at their new location and I’m not even sure it’s worth the trip.
