I wanted to like this store.. I really did. If I’m going to drop some money on a purse I want to make sure I get the one I want especially since I had to return a purse 2 times because it had small rips on it since it’s pebbled leather.. well I took my time one day.. & it seemed like the guy who works there was making hand gestures behind me while I was looking wondering why I’m taking so long. That’s immature. I work at a retail store and I don’t really care if people take a while unless we’re about to close which wasn’t the case.

This was my first time visiting a couch outlet. They had some really amazing sales! I was really impressed with the customer service being that it is an outlet. There was a sweet, cute, and bubbly shorter lady who helped me. I didn’t get her name. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn’t pushy either which was nice. I did end up purchasing a beautiful pink leather charlie bucket bag. I will definitely be coming back soon!
