I’ve gone here for over 8 years. Each time they’ve been very helpful and always eager to assist. I’ve always had the best experience and would definitely reccomend any and everyone to visit this place. If your looking for any type of gift regardless of the occasion this is the best place for a gift for your loved one. They have a women and men’s store. Every time I go in here the girls are so nice! It’s seriously like shopping with a friend. I’m the pickiest purse person and they’re always patient and take the time to shop with me and help me decide. I was in love with a purse one girl sold me a couple months before and I unfortunately burnt the strap really badly and I was so upset. This purse is my baby! I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new one and I can’t afford that right now. I went in and one kind girl went in the back and found a strap for me gave me a new strap for my purse. This customer service is so refreshing. I always love coming to coach and the excellent prices and purse quality and selection is always so amazing. Thank you guys for being so great. 🙂
