I received a beautiful COACH purse for X-mas from my mom; but it wasn’t quite my style, luckily The COACH Store is always willing to exchange anything/everything for you. It took a while to decide, because EVERYTHING in that store is beautiful, i found the perfect purse for me. I love The COACH Store, beyond the obvious reasons, they also have absolutely spectacular customer service. Always helpful, super friendly, professional, and very detail orientated. December 29, 2020 – Posted store hours say they open at 11am. Been waiting for them to open since 10:55am. There is also a delivery person who is waiting for them to open so they can make the delivery. A gentleman got in line behind me and we got to chatting because we were boggled by the posted hours – turns out he was on his lunch break and trying to get the Coach belt he purchased for his son shortened. Shortly thereafter, another delivery person showed up to make a delivery as well – no Coach employees to be seen.Update: About 15 minutes after posting my review, a Coach Sales Associate walks up and says, ‘due to unforseen circumstances, today we are curbside service only.’ I asked the SA what time they open tomorrow, and the response was, 11am, but i would call first to confirm.All that aside, the SA i enjoyed working with when i visited on December 18th is Sandra.Thank you Sandra for your help with my visit on the 18th.
