Called Monday morning around 830 am. My tech was Mike. He arrived approx 1230 the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Ran to the supply store. Replaced the leak and out the door by 300. Mike was personable and knowledgeable. He also followed all CDC guidelines. Excellent work started with phone call to Marissa and ended with Mike. A follow up email from Lauren the next day with invoice just added to the excellent service. I would highly recommend Cleveland Plumbing.

We had Clevland P and H come to replace our ancient well pump. Tommy and Mike came and worked at our house for two full days and then some. Chris came to lend a hand on the last day. This was a huge job! They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would not hesitate to call them again if we need them. Cleveland plumbing and heating was punctual with the return call as well as there prompt arrival. I had the opportunity to speak with Lauren who makes appointments. I asked Lauren about the experience of the tech. Lauren advised me that he has been vetted and with company for some many years now. The Techician Arrived at 10:40am and was done with work by 11:30am with travel to retrieve blower motor part needed for job. I asked Lauren why I was being charged $49 and some change extra. Lauren advised me that the technician called after 11:40. Lauren also advised me that I have to pay until tech is done with paper work as well. The form I received had my name address and cost of parts and tax and total all written by had. Simple form. I felt that once the travel and work is completed then clock should stop. Lauren advised I pay for them to write ticket as well. When I called the next day and spoke with Lauren. I found Lauren to be short with me when I called to express the experience. Lauren’s answer was that she would have Mr. Cleveland call me. I Was informed there is a 1 year warranty on work. I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Scott Cleveland which gave me some tips for my furnace. I went home and did what Scott said and my furnace is working like a charm. I would highly recommend this company. Mr. Cleveland made me feel like family. Very professional and knowledgeable.
