I moved from Kentucky to Texas about 3 years ago. I have only been using Cleburne drug for about 6 months I wish I had found them a lot sooner. There level of customer service and their pharmacist are second to none. And they deliver at no cost to their customers which is very helpful to me since I am unable to drive. Great job keep up the good work and those larger drugstores sure could learn a thing or two from you fine folks.

I was a pharmacy technician for 7 years and manager at the last independent pharmacy I was employed by, after moving to Cleburne I made a fast and not brilliant switch to a large chain pharmacy here in town. After that pharmacy has lied to my face about both my son’s and my profile, inactivated my prescriptions, never order medication my doctor prescribed me, and removed my prescriptions off of auto refill; I made a wise decision to switch to Cleburne Drug! The staff has been really kind to me, I know have all of my prescriptions synced for the same day on auto refill and Monte was so helpful price matching a cash price on a prescription not covered by my insurance. And when the other pharmacy neglected to give them all of my prescriptions when the pharmacist originally called to get my whole profile switched over, the pharmacist yesterday called and had it filled and ready to go by the time I got there to pick up the medications that were already ready. I am leaving a pretty detailed review to let everyone know how fast, efficient and reliable the staff is in all aspects of their job descriptions. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs to get over the counter products to prescriptions. Especially since I was in the store and seen items on the shelf that other chain pharmacies have been out of stock on due to Covid… This store has their priorities in making sure the community has what they need.
