I’m an interior designer and I’ve used clé tile on at least five projects so far. Clé has a broad range of products and they release new products so often that we always have great wide selection to choose from. If you work with tile companies often you know that lead times tend to fluctuate, reps are often non-responsive and QC could sometimes be lacking. I can honestly say that we haven’t had a single issue with clé in terms of lead times being changed on us, I’ve always been able to get answers quickly and tile always come as described. I don’t think we’ve ever had to replace anything we’ve ordered because of a color or quality issue. I also appreciate how thorough their specs and installation information are – as it helps us communicate the needs of each tile to the tilers and spec the correct grout and sealants for each tile, without having to request spec sheets (as everything is listed and accessible on the site.)Our trade rep Jon is the absolute best, it is so great to be able to work with reps who are knowledgable about the material, responsive and detail oriented and who actually cares how your project turns out and how the tile looks. He’s been a dream to work with over the last few years and makes our overall experience with the company even better.
