I do not recommend this mobile home company! It has been a NIGHTMARE for me after purchasing a new home I have had nothing but issues with quality and repairs. Now after 1 year my air has went out for the third time. They do not respond to your calls like they promise.I’ve been with out air for a week and still had to keep reaching out to them and still had to call outside the company to get a diagnosis which was a burn up compressor. The compressor was covered under warranty but the labor is going to cost me $800.I’ve had leaks with the master bathroom toilet, ceiling has had to be worked on several times due to cracking and come to find out there was no reinforcement nails in the middle where the ceiling joins together.Water the first week in the kitchen and water coming down the hall, floor giving in when anyone walked across the floor from one end to the other.Skirting came apart the first month, and they put screws in the middle of the shirting to hold it together at knee high. Had to replace the front metal door due to bubbling and now the new one is doing the same thing. I could go on and on.BUY AT YOUR ON RISK!
