Wonderful customer service. Stephen was amazing! We were with another car salesman, Joel, and he was very unwilling to sell us a car. The sales manager Jerry also took care of us! So glad Stephen was there to help us out and we will definitely come back and see Stephen and Jerry! If you want to buy a car and be treated like a VIP make sure to ask for Stephen! Thanks guys!

My wife and I could not find a Telluride where we live so we called Clay Cooley Kia. They said that they had the one we wanted sitting on the lot. Both Jose and Stephen helped so much and made the purchase so easy we could not refuse and decided to drive 6 hours to go and pick it up. Let me tell you, they did an amazing job and were extremely professional and helpful. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we were welcome and took the time to explain everything and go over the vehicles features, which was alot of stuff. I definitely will recommend anyone to this place and will purchase my next car from them. If you do get with Jose or Stephen, they will hook you up. I wanted to love on the Kia crew at Cooley/Irving. I was really dreading the expected car experience, so when I made my appointment I prepared myself for being there all day with people who don’t care. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. This was a tag team of professionals whose customer care service was on point.
