Amazing staff that is welcoming, helpful, and polite. I’ve been in the shop on three different occasions & even called asking about price matching for a strap that I had purchased full-price which went on on sale. Even though I was a few days over the policy time limitation they still matched the discount. Love coming into the store to mix n match straps with bags to create a unique combo. That creative option makes their products fun to own/style and also I get so many compliments!

The prettiest store in town but the staff is not welcoming (and does not seem to be having fun), which is strange since they opened barely a week ago. Tense/snobbish atmosphere sadly reminiscent of other stores next door.Disappointing given the Clare Vivier brand’s image of relaxed/chic women having fun. Hoping the mood will change and going there will turn into a fully pleasurable experience.
