I experienced 2 rude very unprofessional employees (Gizelle & Ester) on my visit. Gizelle was rude as soon as I entered the store. Her demenor is very argumentive and negative. I told her I did not want her to pierce my babies ears because her energy was negative. Ester was very hesitant and paced back and forth. I asked what was wrong and why they were being weird. Gizelle said I’m asking here if she is ok because I know she is uncomfortable peircing a babies ear. I asked her we would she just not have said that because I do not want her to pierce my babies ear if she is that uncomfortable. Immediatly I ask for their names, managers name, and store number. They told me they don’t know it and was going to call security to walk me out. What??? For asking for their store number? And telling them they should be trained better and I will be calling corporate? The next day I went to the I went back to the store to speak to the manager. When I entered, Ester said Hello without making eye contact. When she looked up and saw me she said Ohh, Psst. I asked the manager if she heard that because that was rude and what I experinced the night before. I just had a baby girl and based on my one experience at Clair’s I would be skeptical about shopping at Hilltop location with unprofessional emploees.

They have horrible customer service and they accused me of playing on the phone when I asked what time they closed I feel very disrespected by them In particular this women asked me can I even afford there products and I asked is it because I’m African American and she said OF COURSE I then replied are you being serious right now and she said I’m always serious and hung the phone up in my face.
