Would not allow a 4 year to get her ears pierced because she didn’t want to wear a mask. We can walk around the store without one, buy items without one, but can’t sit it a chair without. Absolutely ridiculous!

The sales rep wouldnt let me make my own decision on what earrings to get. She was forceful on which ones i should get to the point i felt uncomfortablr. Spent 150 on getting my 2 girls ears pierced n went to change them after the 3 weeks. Found one of my daughters piercing extremely crooked through the back. They werent healed properly with the bs 3 week solution. Thats just extra money for them in sales. I will NEVER use claires again for a piercing EVER! NOW I WASTED MY MONEY BC THE HOLE HAS TO CLOSE UP BEFORE THE TATTOO PARLOR CAN PIERCE IT CORRECTLY. They said to never go their bc its not a good way to pierce your ear bc its and object being forced through to where they use hollow needles and heal 10x faster. Im beyond disgusted with this place

If you have a daughter between the ages of 3 and 13 you’re going to end up in Claire’s. My daughter loves this place even when we don’t buy anything just to walk around and look it’s one of her favorite stores. Prices are a little high but if you buy 3 get 3 free so I think that’s why everything’s marked up.
