Went in to this store last night to ask them about backs for my baby’s earrings and the girl working had a snobby attitude towards all of us and both of the girls were on their phones while there were customers in the store and the one was talking on her cell phone with her boyfriend as i came to the counter to cash out. She then gave me an attitude like i was interrupting her.

I had an amazing experience at the Claire’s in the Ithaca Mall today! I went to get my lobes pierced again, to get second and third holes. Heather was so wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and made the experience extremely enjoyable. She was very careful and took her time, which reassured me that my piercings would be done right. They look wonderful and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She does an excellent job!
