Horrible experience took my daughter there to get her ears pierced the guy that was suppose to pierce them was extremely immature says in a joking evil voice il pierce them for you and laughs you dont act like that to a 9 year old. My daughter was already nervous about getting her ears pierced. He continued to make more comments We ended up leaving totally not appropriate his behavior was truly off. I cant even believe they hire people like this !!

I went to Claire’s for the first time ever on 07/18/19. I purchased three hair accessories and three pieces of glam jewelry.I thought about what I purchased and paid and decided I wanted to return what I purchased. When I went to the store to return my purchase, I was told by the girl working is that I couldn’t return the glam jewelry. I was told that it can’t be returned but it can be exchanged though. I told the girl I was never told that when purchasing. She proceeded to tell me that she sees it was her manager who checked me out and that she tells everyone. Even though she was not present when I was purchasing. I then proceeded to ask her why it can’t be returned. She told me it was because people can buy them and wear them for a function and then bring them back. I told her that I don’t understand. Whether you return or exchange is the same thing. I say that because you can wear it then exchange after the fact. Either way they can be worn and returned. Was very disappointed with this store. ABSOLUTELY NEVER TOLD I COULDNT RETURN WHAT I PURCHASED. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Think about it, you can exchange the glam jewelry but can’t return it for a refund. Doesn’t make any sense because either way someone can actually wear it and return it. They won’t take it back but they will do an exchange. Just telling everyone, BUYER BEWARE. BIG SCAMMERS If I could give them zero stars I would.
