Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I went in to get my second hole and the associates pierced my hole in the wrong spot. After being told i can return two days later the managers tried to charge me for getting my ear repierced and the earrings separately. I did call the 1800 which told me other wise and said the GM gave me wrong information but it was nothing she can do for me. I waited a whole week for someone to reach back out to me from the 1800 number and still do not have the issue resolved.
