ZERO stars. Why do people have to wait 3-5 days for a permit??? It’s not like they are bombarded because the entire community is in need of repairs. When I stopped by there was literally no one waiting for a permit. And the woman said call us within 3-5 days. I called today, which is 3 days later, now the other one is telling me it’s 4-6 days. So how many days is it really going to take and is this wait really necessary?

Don’t understand why everytime it rains hard the city refuses to open the drainage ditches so water won’t accumulate in the streets or the properties… I have had this issues before and as soon as the water way open the flooding goes away

We visited the water dept to clarify why a family of five children and two adults we’re without water cor3 almost two months. Today they finally turned the water on. The lady I went to speak for bad been having issues with the workers there. Finally, she got the water on today. Apparantly, this issue should have been handled more efficiently two months ago.
