Our recipe and cooking process is intended to recreate the sensations experienced if magically transported back to The Midway. The Model 1901-L is hand-made with all natural ingredients, deeply fried in fresh lard, contain no preservatives, and are sold fresh at our CITY OF BUFFALO DEPARTMENT OF COFFEE AND DONUTS booth. Hours are limited to Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at 153 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo NY, 14202
