First of all they refill prescriptions without being told to and they have been told several times on the past not to unless told. They send emails that your medicine is ready for pick up and when you get there they’re not done. They also leave you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time to where you end the call. I’ve been a customer for over twenty years and I’m done. I’m going to start having my prescriptions sent somewhere else.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. Ever since City Drug went under new ownership the staff and service is sub par. messing up on orders , telling you to wait 45 minutes and then my meds arent even being filled when I arrive . I’ve been a long time customer and I felt well taken care of by the old city drug but the new name should be $hitty Drug. in the process of switching pharmacies

They need to be reported to the board of pharmacy and any insurances they are billing without prescriber and patient consent! Very nasty pharmacists and they are GREEDY. Do not sign for any medications that you already refused from them! Do not get taken advantage of by these parasites!
